today is saturday 5/14/22. it is my diet cheat day. aka food day. food day is a gift. i have been up and down in weight for a long time, but this time, I formulated a super effective eating plan and have lost, officially, 40 pounds since last august. i have diet cheat day every Saturday and have whatever the heck I want in addition to beers on Friday night and Saturday night. it has kept me on track and kept me focused and motivated. the rest of the week is super regimented and super strict. but I have found enjoyment in it and, clearly, success. very grateful, expressing gratitude and promising myself to stick to the plan, stick to the routine and stick to the discipline.
