Day 23:
I rocked today! I'm so proud of myself. I ate well, I didn't even have dessert! Then, my best friend came over and we had an exercise date. I did a full 30 minutes (I thought I would die, but I did it). I feel so optimistic now! We're going to get together once a week. At least now I know that at least once a week I will get a really intense work out. :)
