END OF MARCH UPDATE
Kept to diet. No off days Started at 125.6 and ended at 121.4. Measurements show a nice improvement. Have about 27 lbs of fat.. which is a fat percentage of about 23
I upped food this month moving towards 1400 calories and will continue to move up this month. Do not want to lose any lean body mass Exercise plan is just to continue being active at this point. Hope to get my bike out next week and have some fun with that.
MEASUREMENTS I am still a bit round around the middle but I lost a lot of fat in that region specifically.
