Hi, I’m good…just not managing to stick to the healthy eating as well as I should. Tracking fruit and veg - getting 5 portions in is really hard! Is it any easier when following a vegan diet?

Suma - It can be! I think meat can be pretty filling. Although when I went vegan I ate way too many carbs 😂

as a vegan for 7 years, I can relate to too many carbs (I am a carb junkie, love them 🤣🤣). it's so tempting to try out new products 😄. I have loads of healthy vegan recipes - I just really love junk food and alcohol hough 🤣.
