Just another day; this week I had too much house to-dos to throw in exercises. But once I return to work I’ll start my exercises again.
I’m not doing any kind of portion control, but I’m trying to set the bar and stay under the calories for that week, then ever 2 or 3 weeks lower the bar a tad. It’s a slow crawl, but I feel it will reduce a yo-yo effect.
