RN16's Logboek, 01 mrt 22

I hit a PR today in my deadlift. I did 5 reps of 155 lbs. I think its going to take at least 6 months or more to get these imbalances fixed and that frustrates me so bad. I feel like my imbalances are getting worse and that my left side just keeps getting bigger. I may have to resort to doing extra reps of everything on my right side. I think I may start that next week.

Congrats on that PR! I would suggest taking a look at squat university on you tube for some helpful tips on muscle imbalances
