debbra's Logboek, 26 mei 09

My eating has not really been in control lately. Each day I try to reign myself in. I am getting in my treadmill, though, which is good. Today I did my usual 90 minutes of treadmill for 5.43 miles. But I'm moody, which I hate, and I know it comes from my weight gain. I hate being moody! Probably PMS, but I'm never sure, since I had my hysterectomy. Sorry to be such a downer! :)

Great job with your exercise! You can get your eating back in control.

It might be a little of both. Usually exercise eases up the moodiness though. Hope that helped you.
