My favorite super low calorie, VERY filling snack. 6 baby bella caps, 1/8th cup mexican blend cheese, small handfull of cut up spinach + dash of garlic powder. Mix cheese, spinach + garlic powder in bowl.Fill caps, bake 375 for 15 to 18 min. Enjoy :-)

All together this makes a wonderful snack that is about 110 calories and that's mostly the cheese. If you have a low fat, or low calorie cheese, your total will be even less!
