Hi Kitty! Thank you :) I’m just keeping an eye on the amount/type of sugar and carbohydrate I eat. It’s so that I can get a slower release of energy and avoid any major changes in blood sugar

I'm guessing it's a table top the soya mixture is placed on but it just looks like a massive lum of nougat to me -Scooby doo size

I think this one was originally bought to make jam, years ago. I like to keep and reuse any jars I think are pretty and sometimes end up with too many 😅 but come Christmas they’re always useful for hampers and gifts 😉 

Nutricali any jars you have are not as pretty as you? Are you still interested in having a shack on the beach to sell your wonderful creations? S?
