<P>Good morning!! It's gorgeous yet again in Philly, but I completely forgot to water my pepper and tomato plants yesterday and this morning!! ahh!! Will have to do it immediately when I get home. *sigh*</P><P>I had a great day yesterday eating AND exercise wise! I officially started level 2 of the Shred and I did the whole thing! I will admit I start the easy way, but I'm ok with that! I'm gonna work myself to doing it the hard way. I'm just not ready.</P><P>We're taking my friend out tonight for dinner to this place called Brother Paul's, so I'm going to check out their menu soon! Gotta prepare! I'll post the menu and ask for your help if I'm stumped. You guys were a great help on Monday!</P><P>How was everyone else's night?</P>

I wish i knew how to grow tomatos. I got 2 rose bushes for mothers day and i am trying to keep them alive. lol The Shred is an awsome workout isnt it? She kicked my butt a few times. Good Luck! I never made it to level 2!

DANA, i don't really know how to grow them! lol! My mom got them for me and my fiance. She said just to keep watering them. I hope the animals don't eat them up! And yes, the Shred is amazing! I actually like working out because of it! Are you still on Level 1 and working yourself up to Level 2?? :)

Well i was..But i hit a bad spot and quit dieting and working out all together. Right now i am just trying to keep the eating on track. I just started back to school and with a 5 year old and 6 month old and a husband that works all the time kind of hard to workout. I will start back soon!

AWw, I just wanted to say HI real quick and that I admire you for growing the Tomatoes and Peppers !!! Awesome ! You are such an inspiration and great supporter to everyone ! Look at you ! over 100 pounds and going ! YOU GO GIRL ! :D Dana, GL on the shred ! You have more guts than I ! LOL... I have the WW workouts that are still in their wrappers ! HA... (but I usually hit the gym or walk instead...) Either way, Good Morning to you both ! :)

You started level 2!? good job by you! Is it a lot harder? I should be doing that now, but since I knocked myself back a few days on level 1, I wont be there until Saturday. yikes! good luck with your gardening! and at dinner tonight!

hey kate!! it is definitely harder, but u do get used to it. i'm sure it'll take me about 6 more times until i feel really comfortable with it. couldn't do it last night though. :(
