Mermee- we are exactly the same, I'm 5'5" as well! I've got no restrictions, goal is 1200-1600 per day. My weekends clock in high at 2500, and I've been drinking then too. Condiments are my Achilles heel...I love chili crisp, oil on my roasted veg, kewpie, BBQ, you name it. Im a saucy girl which can add 200 or more cals. 🥰😭🤷♀️
Bandrai- I think you're right I've been dragging my feet. A push could drop me down, then if I stay at 133 or 135 I'd be very happy 😊 🥰
