Yup, must've been water weight or something. Back down to 177.4, rockin.
I'm pretty happy really, I think I'm as trim as I was back when I weighed 172, but have packed on a bit of muscle courtesy of P90X.
Did Shoulders & Arms today. This is probably the easiest of all the P90X workouts for me to do well. I still struggle getting my weights up with the tricep kickbacks, but oh well, I feel the burn and push for those last three reps. Works for me.
Will check my BF% tomorrow morning, expect it will be around 18% or so, but hoping for lower.
