dr visit today lost another 4 pounds. 36 total so far. Might left hip is bad now, I figured that was the case ☹ Dr wants to try injections in both hips, return in 3 months continue dieting then see IF we can schedule surgery.my birthday is in April, maybe I'll get 1 new hip by then !? Time will tell
