Finally got myself out of the house and went for 2 1/2 mile walk. I’ve been cleaning my craft room for the last couple of days and today I had to tackle cleaning and dusting David’s things. It just breaks my heart all over again that he’s gone and has been gone for a while. The holidays are always bad so I need to really walk. Another couple of weeks. I can do this. I’ve done it before. Tried to stay focused today.
