Howitzerwife's Logboek, 03 mei 09

This is the first time I've ever recorded weight loss. A year ago the lbs went off, I was not picky about what I ate except portions. I ate whatever for lunch and dinner, my son and I even got the 1.49 happy meals on tuesday nights for dinner. : ) I do but don't like recording it. It seems like recording it helps in the sense that I don't over load on calories. The cons however are that I tend to want to eat more even when I'm not hungry just to get my calories around 1000. If I don't have the snacks or extra bites I'm around 6, 7 or 8 hundred cals. I see it this way if I don't lose this week when I weigh-in tomorrow I know that I am eating less and better than before Jan 23rd. I'm getting in more exercise and I'm becoming more leaner.It gives me time with God while I run/jog/walk. I feel great!!
