I love Greek yogurt. I used to eat it regularly a fee years ago when I was fit and 70 pounds lighter. then I tried keto and fasting and dropped all dairy; developed an eating disorder and gained 70 pounds. It was an awful cycle tht lasted 5 years. Today is my first day back and I plan to listen to my heart this time instead of propaganda

I added plain Greek yoghurt back into my diet 4 months ago. I’m 💯 meat and chicken free for almost 4 years. Dairy I cut 2 years ago but missed a lower fat protein source to my eggs and seafood.
I’ve been eating the same way for years but just too much lately. I don’t follow any particular diets as long as stuff fits into my macros I’m good to go just haven’t been tracking and consuming too many calories.
