PantherIII's Logboek, 14 mrt 11

Well if my metabolism needed a reset for getting to comfortable... IT GOT IT. I over indulged over the weekend while at the in-laws. Ribs, steak, beer bottom chicken, beer, beer, beer, even freddy's frozen custard.. The good news is that i'm down a pound after all that. I have had to hold off on the insanity workouts due to some ankle problems but did 50 minutes of high intensity elliptical (maintaining heart rate of 155-180bpm the entire time). However, that was the only working out I did. I have a habit of falling back hard after weekends like this.. I am going to hit the Y tonight and rock out the Body design class to get me going again.
