Same old, same old, or almost :)
Eating the same stuff - check
No alcohol since November 2020 - check (except a glass of champagne for my birthday, honestly, not missing it much)
Taking my supplements - check (makes me think I am doing something good to age gracefully)
No screen for the little troll - check (beach, reading, drawing, cooking... all that jazz)
Listening to his wishes and desires - check (except for the screen hah)
Being consistent with my skin routine - check (accepting my hyperpigmentation -that's NEW)
Back to the gym - check, finally!
I have been very busy with work, kid, studies, however, my commitment to my happiness hasn't changed. The only "black" point, I am still going through the side effects of the vaccine, one month after my second jab. Very annoying, hopefully, it will go away at some point.
