Victorias 2nd secret's Logboek, 11 mrt 11

Talked with my best girlfriend this morning and she asked if I wanted to come over and weigh myself today. To went over to have coffee and see if I lost anymore. I was totally surprised when I looked at the scale this morning and saw that I dropped more weight. I am so surprised that this is working so well. There are time that I want so badly to have a drink of milk (that's when I have a shake), or have something sweet ( that's when I eat a bar).

Tonight was the first night that we went out and had dinner at a Chinese buffet (since I started Atkins). Since it was also a sushi bar I thought... Hmmm... Sushi... free carbs! SWEET! OOOoo there were moments that I wanted to pick off my hubbys plate and have that orange chicken, lol, But he knows I would have been mad at myself if I did. So, being the sweetie that he is he said "babe, your doing a GREAT JOB, & I'm so proud of you". That was the best feeling ever!

Now, how do you get a man like that? :) how sweet. And AWESOME job!! I don't think I could control myself if I went to a chinese buffet. I haven't had chinese food in forever! You did great :)

Hi Victoria,First let me say Yeah!!Good for you.However, I was looking over your meals for the day and if you logged everything,you didn,t get your veggi carbs in.Green beans are only 3.2 and we need 12-15 to be our foundation veggies.Also watch the BBO Rinds.I don't eat them, but they say they have sugars in them.You might want to check.Go to Atkins,Click program,click phase 1 and read up on it.I did and it really opened my eyes.I'm just trying to supportive. :)Have a great day.
