Thank you and it’s important from time to time to get the validation that one is on the right track. My entire life I’ve been so focused on s number on the scale and it’s very toxic.
I’ve had to retrain my brain to understand health as a whole not just as a metric on the scale. Mental, physical and emotional; it all matters.
Ps. I only dropped to 172 because I was immobile and ate 1200 cals per day, slept a ton and didn’t have the day to day stressors of my job for 7 weeks while in a boot for two foot fractures.
I’ve been lifting much heavier and more organized in 2021…. Yes, Muscle Mike is awesome and my goal weight is Strong AF 😜
