Day 66 Yesterday I walked 11 miles to finished the last part of the 24 mile two castles trail (Launceston to Okehampton). The weather was perfect and there were some great views during the walk. I'm very pleased to have managed this 24 mile trail in just two parts. Also I'm pleased with the weight loss at today's weigh in and I have just checked and my BMI is now 26 - It was 30.4 My current target for weight loss during August is 4 Kg. If I manage this my next target five days after that will be 90 days of effort = 17 Kg weight loss. Looking at my trending metrics I need around an 800 daily calorie deficit to meet this target. Today is a lazy day hopefully in the garden if the rain stays off - digging up potatoes. Have a great day all of you.
