Long time since I updated my Journal, but after being on this plateau, I'm ready to get back to loosing! However, this is the week before vacation in New Orleans and anybody who's ever been to New Orleans knows that there is absolutely NO WAY you'll diet in New Orleans. So the plan is the put an action plan together for when I return and eat as clean as possible for the next week. So far I have made up my mind that I'm going to change the type of diet that I'm on, I have been doing Atkins and it works very well, but you have to add carbs back in and when you do your plan of action has to be strategic and on point. So after vacation I'm going to keep my carbs under 50 per day, 1200 calories and no more than 25g of fat, hopefully this will hep me to get back losing. I've already hired a trainer, going to keep Zumba and stregth and core workouts twice a week, then I'll add 2 days of personal training and two days of kickboxing. Plus a 2-3 mile run everyday. If this doesn't work, then I'm not sure what I'll do, but hopefully I'll get some help from my new trainer.
