Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday…. Just got them endorphins outta bed….just finished morning zwift ride…now they rarin to move… Taking a rest day yesterday..must of been needed…took hour nap after lunch…and still slept 8.23 in sleep last night….I did do bicep curls before bed…need to find a good resistance band workout..then I could get an upper body workout as well..not looking to get big..already big..just gain muscle I’ve lost… Air just kicked on…must already be humid out…washout yesterday…feel sorry for outside workers in this kind of weather… Nsv…7th day of kicking the milk shake..dq habit…no desire for one.. Feeling in the zone once again..so easy to get outta it… Have a fantastic positive day..
