I can tell my muscles are getting bigger when I compare this pic to a pic I took a few months ago. The frustrating thing is I have a pulled muscle in my upper back I did last week doing the deadlift. I think I didn't give enough day of rest in between doing the deadlift. I should have allowed 2-3 days of rest instead of just one. It's frustrating, because now when I do certain weighted exercises like the barbell squat or barbell shoulder shrugs I really feel that pain in my back and it's excruciating. I just hope it hurry up and heal, because I'm going to keep lifting. Lol.
