I got out of bed yesterday morning around 10am. I started a food journal and wrote down every bit I put in my mouth. I had 1200 calories yesterday. I was active yesterday (unloaded hay for the horse). I worked at my job (which is not physical). I went to bed this morning at 4:30am. I am up for the day now. I got out of bed 11:30am. Weighed in at 215. I am going to have to EXERSIZE if I get the weight off. I have an appointment with the heart doctor today (nothing wrong, just a check up). I promise to be a good girl today. dj
