booski's Logboek, 06 mrt 09

This week has gone SO well. Unbelievably well, in fact. The only thing I didn't accomplish on my list was not weighing. (I held out until Tuesday.)

Here's what I did this week:

1. Exercised every single day.
2. Drank lots and lots of water.
3. Stayed within my new calorie limits.

The results of my good behavior? 1.6 lbs lost and 3.5 inches! 2 of those inches were on my tummy, the worst problem area of all.

This weekend will be a little rough... I'm facing a birthday party and pizza, my most favorite food EVER. But after seeing my results, I think I have the willpower to stay on plan. :)
