Can you mix it up with some water, mix it up with lemon and sweetener... Do you have to drink it or could you use it as salad dressing 🥗? 

Well it might cost a bit more but have you heard about that brand Goli 

Mhairinic I am mixing it with green tea, but the taste is stronger than the green tea. I don't think I could stand it on a salad. I'll give it a week to see how I feel. 

Looked it up on internet- looks like you can throw just about anything in to hide flavour (maybe stay away from alcohol 😂) splash of pomegranate juice squeeze of orange juice muddled strawberries muddled fresh mint leaves grated fresh ginger sparkling water..... 

Pcrav I went into a health shop and bought the first bottle that came into my eyeline, if I try it again I am willing to try other brands. 

Chestnut it is not a liquid this It is like a gummy  

It is unbelievable it contains apple cider vinegraf because it tastes so nice  

I tried apple cider vinegar and did some mixtures but it is horrible Anyway if you keep drinking it just use a straw 😅

Aww, I feel for you !It certainly is sharp in taste 😖! I use it in salad dressings mixing it with low fat Mayo & yellow mustard to try to disguise it a bit ! 

Pcrav using a straw was a trick I used to use when drinking alcohol to get pissed quicker🥳 

Haha in this case it is only to avoid the damage in your teeth 😂😂 

Pcrav in my case I think drinking alcohol for the last 45 years and the sugar content thereof the damage has already been done to my teeth🙃

would rather have the gummies, goli works but does cost abit. Amazon have lots of other acv gummies you could try. 

Shell i am not worried about costs so I will do some research on the Internet, thank you for your input. 

I just drink a shot of it and have something else after but you can dilute and sweeten it with pineapple juice etc, ginger beer is nice too 

can't say I've ever heard of this. I prefer to do things the natural way by exercising and eating healthy sorry to say.  

I used to have this twice a day - 2 tps of ACV, 1 tsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon - mix with warm water and down in like you would a shot, or thru a straw but in one go, don't sip it! It really does help with cravings and is an appetite suppressor. Stick with it, it does get easier - good luck 🤞🏻  

I suggest eating less calories and exercising more. There's no cheat code
