Hubby is coming home for lunch so we can get started on p90x again together. Yay! I know I am going to be sore tomorrow, but I am so pumped to lose this weight. I wish there was an option under exercise so that I could see appr. how many calories I burn when doing the p90x. Also, saw an article today able cattle bell workouts, and how you can do a 15minute work out and burn 300 calories. I believe it. My cousin does cattle bell instruction and she is so toned it is not even funny. I noticed they have these cattle bells at walmart, and am seriously thinking about getting some. I am a mom of two small children so time is valuable. Anyone can do 15 minutes.
