Am appreciating how this WOE Carnivore works. I am grateful it is working, no matter how slow. I have made inroads in my analysis of my life now. As my focus moves away from all the choices I had with Keto, my focus is more easily trained on my interactions with my loved ones. That I listen. That I stay checked in. I can take care of myself and I can take care of them. I am honored. Boundaries between days are smugey at best and mostly invisible in my life. Maybe I am loosing it. But that's my EGO trying to self-discipline. I will not stay on Carnivore regime past Feb.28. I have promised my adult daughter. My how the worm has turned! But I want to able to look back and see some good. This place, you people, and the ADmin personnel who take care here, are my lifeline to taking care of my food and then to make the many changes I have had to make along this way to stay focused especially in these dark days. Thanks to all.
