Purchased these to add flavour to my oats and blueberries instead of natural yoghurt and was shocked to find each one contains 10 grams of sugar!
Has any one got recommendations for low sugar foods please.

So called diet foods or low fat most of them contain sugar or artificial sweeteners sometimes it’s better just to go for full fat depending what it is even contains more protein, if you want something to add flavour in your oats / porridge Pecans, walnuts or nut butters most people add berries and other fruits which all contain natural sugar or if you fancy something different dark chocolate only contains 3.4g of sugar per ounce even less if you just grate a little on top and tastes like the old chocolate flavour ready break.

I use Sweet Freedom syrup from Aldi along with Coconut Milk to flavour/sweeten my porridge and blueberries.

Low fat yogurts and low fat products are full of hidden sugars, we must stay away from them.

Yes until I read the label I didn't realise to , I am now going to check the Internet to check nutrition data before buying things. I have a big beer belly because of the amount of sugar in alcohol! Thank you everyone for your kind suggestions.

Arla Skyr yoghurt. The plain version is the best label I've read in the yoghurt section. Low in everything except protein. They do 160g Skyr flavoured ones which aren't too bad. But I tend to buy the big pot of plain and eat 150g 98 calorie serving. So you get 3 servings per pot. You can easily add tesco 100g of mixed frozen fruit 41 calories.
