Today is a bleughhhh day. Woke up with a headache this morning. It has gradually lessened over the day but I feel sluggish and dragging. OH has got shingles and when he's ill he's a half empty kind of person and gets very down. That's OK but he manages to drag me down into his abyss and I'm a half full person. I keep telling him he's a lucky chap (he's got me hasn't he)but getting a smile is like getting blood out of a stone. My computer is my lifeline in the winter but it doesn't do much for my exercising. Moan over!
Weight is static again. I know I need to ride it out but its so tempting to stray. Weather has been lovely today only 2 degrees but sunny. The snow that was forecast didn't materialise. Schools all over Scotland were closed and people stocked up in readiness for a huge snowstorm lasting several days, but it passed us by.
Tomorrow is another day and it WILL be better
