so, as you can see my dinner last night was EXCESSIVE! It was our "after holiday's" party for our section of the UHP. I enjoyed every bite! I think not feeling guilty about it will assist me in keeping on track. It's worked so far.
I do think there will be some physical side effects. Sugar does things to my body that really suck. The abdominal cramping has already begun. Again, it was totally worth it.
