I don't agree with that. The quality of the cals you put into your body is also of paramount importance. If you keep feeing your body calories made of up processed foods you lose out on nutrients. Make sure the calories you consume are of high nutrient quality as you want to feed your body, not deprive it for the sake of feeling full. Clean foods, lots of water. Hugs!

Ek's nie lief vir processed food nie, maar ek hou van my brood en glasie wyn. Sonder dit sal ek baie deprived voel en dan is dit net 'n kwessie van tyd voor ek my vergryp, dus geniet ek dit eerder en sorg net dat ek binne my cals bly- werk soos 'n bom!
