Hey I just wanted to say why I have quit so many times, Basically I went through a whole bunch of depression through fall to winter And I lost a lot of my self confidence. I just needed to focus on my mental health rather than my physical health for just a bit. now I am more excited. I think I am just going to stick to just being overall healthy and to get stronger. rather than lose weight. I am fine with myself now but I want to be healthy. I am more motivated also because I am starting volleyball And I might do basketball next season all just depends. also I want to look good for this summer and my brother's wedding. at my dad's wedding I didn't look great to be honest, and I feel like that will haunt me forever. I want to look good for the summer and I want this year to be an awesome year. it's already been going pretty darn awesome! My goal is 165 but I'm fine I I lose at least 20. last time I was able to lose 13 in 3 weeks and I'm sure this time will be more enjoyable as well since I will be doing volleyball too.
