I've been going round with a grin like a cheshire cat today. I've finally lost 100 lbs and made it to under 250 lbs. Its taken a year but boy is it worth it. I whooped and hollered (and cried) all round the house. Our Springer spaniel was barking at me, wagging his tail and going round in circles too. My OH thought I'd gone mad. Even the weather today has been good - sunshine and quite warm after the snow and frosts we've had lately.
I've set my next goal 25 pounds lower at 225 cause I found 100 too much last time. Was quite disappointed I didn't get a fanfare and fireworks when I entered my weight and it told me I had reached my goal. Tried on my outfit for the Bootcamp challenge and it fitted perfectly (more grins). Just realised I haven't thought about treating myself with food today. That's a first!
