ok, so we had burgers for breakfast. this is honestly, the first red meat that i have eaten in a week. i can honestly say that i don't feel like doing anything but taking a nap...gross. it didn't taste as good as i thought it would. i would have rather made my own here at the house, and controlled every point. but, no regrets, i rationalized how i could have it, weight watchers gives u those flex points, and i used 30 of the 35 for this week. happy to say that last week i didn't really use many of the flex. yay! now, right back on track, and don't have the desire to eat that way for a long time. granted, i ate a regular, average sized meal, but i'm just not used to the amount of fat that was in it....my body reacted quite quickly...to put it nicely.... haha anyways......
