Sleep time is totally erratic for me. Never know what time it is but always ready to eat. Slept from 1pm yesterday and am wide awake at 4:39 am today. Not tired. Not hungry . That's great. So, I will take this as my clean slate to renew my commitment to this WOE. Carpe diem! Happy New year to all. Be safe. Stay healthy.
