Last year you proved to yourself that getting slim to 127-130 lbs with no worry for cholesterol goal is very much achievable!
However, traveling during Christmas vacation and New Year's weeks, you missed those 5:2 routine (fast diet by fasting 2 days every week from sunrise to sunset).
You can do it again - Be a Vegan, Be a Champion !
