Got to admit normally when I put on a little weight no problem to lose it straight away but this time the first 2 days have been harder I think because of the junk food hanging around it’s day 3 and looked at my weight this morning and still have 2.2kg until I get back to my goal weight not a problem but more than I thought and I’m in my routine now so no problem
