flaxseed's Logboek, 03 jan 09

Day 2 of Bootcamp. Things were going fine until lunchtime when I turned sharply in the kitchen to flick the drier switch and my knee went. Don't know what I've done but I can't stand or walk on my left leg or straighten it out. Exercise has had to be done from a chair and OH found it highly amusing. Dinner has been a bit scrap as I can't stand on one leg for that long but I'm still on track
