This marinade for 16 oz was 1 tbs olive oil, 2 tbs balsamic vinegar and 1 tbs pesto.
It takes some time to get it crispy but it’s so easy!!! I’ve done sweet and sour ones etc.

I am going to try more things with my air fryer too. Olive oil is good for you and some good fat is required in the diet. Enjoying the food means so much!

It’s really just a round convection oven... I use it daily and you choose how healthy or unhealthy you make your dishes. Mine is a compact, $55 version that sits on my counter. I prefer it over oven, deep frying or even skillet cooking.

Thanks for sharing the marinade recipe!! I air fry almost all my food, lol!! Never tried tofu in the air fryer before and now I definitely will!!
