Hello All! It's another beautiful day! Another day to make decisions and enjoy the things that make us smile!! I hope all of my FS friends and future friends find something to smile about today.

I'm sure that everyone is very busy! I finally was able to get some Christmas shopping done. I feel much better now, I was feeling very fiscally depressed and that made me very emotionally depressed!

On the happy side.. I reached the 40 lb lost mark this morning!!! Yea! not quite goal 2 of 50 lbs, but definately on the way! I'm good if I can average 2 lbs per week.
I've not spent the amount of time on FS that I would have liked this week, but I'm sure everyone is in the same boat! Be sure to find that me time.. Sneak that exercise in the mix.
