So lately.... I am not doing so well... I feel like I've been dealing with an emotional roller coaster. Some days I am completely happy and others, I think I might have gone off the deep end. I think I will ask Josh to leave for a little while tonight, so I can do some de-stressing. Desling with graduation, work, classes, and losing weight, along with all of the holiday stuff is really bogging me down. I could have slept all day today.... YUCK I want to get out of this rut. I've been eating to fill some emotional gap and I need to break away from that BAAAADDDDDD habbit.
