Maria Richards's Logboek, 26 sep 20

Two days in a row been out walking - with no pain! Yesterday managed 1hr 25mins and today 2hrs 45mins. An achievement as I have been suffering from acute Tendonitis to both ankles following a return to rambling after lockdown. Today was a milestone, so am really pleased to be on the mend as it was excruciating!
