Hello. Today is my first weight in. I have been frustrated about my weight, and have been wanting to lose weight for a long time. I have been making poor food choices, and today I am starting fresh. Today is November 4, 2013. I made the following positive food choices today:

-No Coffee
-No Fried Foods
-Drink only water

Coffee is perfectly fine to drink. Replace the cream with skim milk and if you can, go no sugar. If you need it sweetened use stevia. Add eat only whole foods and No processed foods (such as frozen microwave dinners) to your list. Good luck!

Thank you for your comment. I appreciate it. Yes. I bought hazelnut fat free creamer for the first time last night. Will probably make some coffee later as a treat. Thanks!

Make sure you check the label. A lot of "fat free" cream products are made "fat free" by replacing the dairy with high fructose corn syrup, which doesn't actually make them any better.

That is so true. I am obsessed with hazelnut creamer, and is most prob not the best thing in the world. Thank you for your feedback. Much appreciated.
