Just overall weirdness going on. Body is sore and seems to be very content at 179-179.8. Odd since I normally bounce a lot. I’m not logging today as my eating is “off” due to Corp visitors, meetings etc. I had a protein bar for breakfast at 5a, muffin and mini bagel with Pb for lunch and vegan pizza with added curry shrimp snd veggies. I fished out shrimp and curry from my curry stew as I didn’t want to eat it a third day in a row 🤷♀️ Guess I’ll be good and carb loaded for lifting tomorrow 💪🏻
