Well, I managed to get through yesterday without eating a bunch of crap.
Going to get a flu shot later.

So, I just have to ask, do you really only eat turkey bacon for breakfast? No egg or anything, just bacon? I just find that so interesting.

Yea, usually. I end up having a cheese stick and a V8 about an hour and 1/2 after breakfast..I always eat a mid-morning snack. I am just not a 'breakfast' sort of person. :)
