When you eat almost all your calories in donuts you must eat a can of tuna and celery sticks for dinner. You can not complain. You didn’t complain when you were stuffing your face with donuts. You=Me, Blondie 🤣

ah the lessons we learn. been there done that. that's the main reason i do I many less calorie dense options is I like to stuff myself. but donuts. man. just gotta do it from time to time.
