What percentage of macros do people do because I’m starving to think maybe I’m not having enough fat ???????

RR I can totally relate to that. I'm not retired yet though! You are doing so well. It's nice watching someone succeed with similar goals! 💖

I do worry if I can maintain long term but I’m ready to try and I think nearly all excess fat has gone just a little on my chest and snd stomach but not so long ago I was worried about the loose skin but nearly all gone now

I think you will be fine RR. Do you follow Dave10? He did really well & pops on to address on gains quickly now. I think that is the key. Log! Don't wait til you gain 10kg if you can catch yourself at 2kg.. not that I'm currently in a position of excellence in that regard. But I will be. Eventually. 🙏

I gave myself 5kg gap at that time I reach a final goal at 90 kg I had lost 19kg in 6 and a half months and thought that would do but stopped tracking and by time I noticed I had passed that 5kg there is a lady named Rosie on here and she says it’s for life and I proved her right so I know I can maintain because I learned if you give a inch it will take a mile

Yes RR! I'm totally learning from that myself & have gained through not logging over an extended period of time 🙄 So right now I'm focussing on fitness. Then once I'm into the headspace I'll log it & reduce again. At least I'm not still gaining. 💖

Rosie I think she’s from California she used to post a lot of diet tips I don’t know about now she’s been maintaining for over a year now I have only seen I message with her name on it but not many people I know now

Thanks you look like your doing well , I have just about 5kg to go but my original final weight was 90kg I reached that after 6 months at that stage I had lost 20kg but it’s now another 15kg and 3 final weights later but I won’t go no lighter I’m already 1 and a half stone lighter than I have ever been there’s not much fat around now Another 5 kg will be perfect

I have about 130 grams of protein everyday I think I’m good for protein funny thing to say but I think I might be light on fat because my protein and carbs are over 40 percent
