Sashimi salmon with soy sauce, pepper, garlic, pickles ginger, 50/50 blend and cherry tomatoes. 274kcal Vacay is over but my food choices are not much different. Meals are just not accompanied by chips, quack and a margaritas 🤣

Yeah I’ve been so “so over” the yo-yo, fad nonsense where I can lose the last 15 lb in 3 weeks to regain it in 2 weeks, plus 5lb for years now. Quite frankly I’m more or less in maintenance. 🤷‍♀️ 180lb is a lot to most but I’m 5’10” and pretty sure my excess skin on arms, back n thighs probably weight a good 5-10lb. It is what it is. Outside my tummy tuck I’m not interested in any more surgeries. I really don’t worry about gaining weight. I eat. I eat well. I eat nutritious. Sometimes I have 5 too many margaritas and unnecessary chips with my quack. But guess what??? Life goes on. It’s not an everyday thing and I certainly don’t feel guilty or ashamed. There will be no crazy fasting, restrictions or zero carbing going on to get back to under 180. I weighed in at 183 this morning. Just gotta log and move along. Trip 2 is in 4 weeks. 😊
